As a small web design business and needing to keep on top of my client’s requests, I have tried many systems, DeskPro, Freshdesk, OSTicket and Fluent Support. I was about to jump ship to Help Scout when I stumbled across FreeScout. And I am so glad I did. Not only is your offering so very affordable (even with the purchase of some extra modules), but it just works. No fuss, no hassle, just purely designed to be simple but efficient. I can’t see any reason why I will ever change now. And the fact that you’re continuously developing the software is a plus. I’m so pleased, I’ve even written a blog post about it for my client’s to read.
