FreeScout is an absolute gem for my use case. The minimalist and clean interface is actually what brought me to test it, I can’t stand those over complicated products with no ergonomic or pleasant user experience. As a small web design business and needing to keep on top of my client’s requests, I have tried many systems, DeskPro, Freshdesk, OSTicket and Fluent Support. Not only is your offering so very affordable (even with the purchase of some extra modules), but it just works. No fuss, no hassle, just purely designed to be simple but efficient.
