This module allows to export conversations into CSV from the Search or from Reports.
Module exports only conversations data and does not export text of the conversations’ threads.
Module also allows to export data belonging to the following modules:
- Time Tracking (total time spent on ticket by all support agents is being exported, for example: 0:17:23)
- Satisfaction Ratings (exported as a comma separated list of ratings, for example: “Not Good, Okay, Great”)
- Custom Fields
Exporting from Reports
If you want to export conversations from Reports, make sure to install the latest version of Reports Module. Otherwise exporting may not work. When exporting conversations from Reports the number of exported conversations corresponds to “New Conversations” number of “Conversations Report”.
If error occurs during exporting try to set a smaller time period for exporting. If it does not help upgrade your server CPU and memory.
