You guys are creating a really nice platform and its code is very well written… I really do like the whole thing. In fact being that I have used many ticket systems this one is seriously the most clean and easy to use as well as very versatile and fast with minimal upkeep and requirements.
Overall I’m super impressed with the software. Now we can add unlimited users, unlimited mailboxes, and make any modifications + custom modules. We might want to fully integrate the support desk with our website and development processes. Win win win!
