3 months ago, we moved Piwigo support tickets manager to FreeScout. I have to admit that this is a very good decision! I’m really happy with FreeScout. Easy to install, crazy fast user interface, 1-click updates. I strongly recommend it.

Overall I’m super impressed with the software. Now we can add unlimited users, unlimited mailboxes, and make any modifications + custom modules. We might want to fully integrate the support desk with our website and development processes. Win win win!
