Inbox Module

This module simply adds to your mailboxes the ‘All’ folder showing all conversations sorted by date. This way you can work with FreeScout as with the regular mail service.

Deleted conversations are not displayed in the ‘All’ folder. ‘All’ folder does not show a number of conversations not to distract support agents from active conversations in other folders.
