FreeScout + Slack Integration

FreeScout+Slack integration allows to receive notifications in Slack when a conversation is created, assigned, updated or replied in FreeScout.

How it works:

1. Install FreeScout.
2. Click "Get Slack API Token" button below and receive API Token.
3. Open your FreeScout and enter Slack API Token on "Manage » Settings » Slack" page.
4. On the same page in FreeScout choose Slack channels where notifications from FreeScout will be posted.
5. Congratulations! Now when some event happens in FreeScout you will receives notification in Slack.

API Token is the access code, which allows to execute Slack API commands. You should only input it in the FreeScout settings and not store it anywhere else.
