FreeScout integration for Slack

FreeScout integration for Slack allows to receive notifications in Slack when a conversation is created, assigned, updated or replied in FreeScout.

1. Install FreeScout.
2. Open "Manage » Settings » Slack" page in your FreeScout and click "Connect" link.
3. After being redirected to this page, click "Connect" button below.
4. After authenticating and being redirected back to your FreeScout choose Slack channels where notifications from FreeScout will be posted and click "Save".
5. Congratulations! Now when some event happens in FreeScout you will receives notification in Slack. Here are events triggering Slack notifications:
   • When a new conversation is being created
   • When conversation is being assigned to a support agent
   • When a support agent adds a note to a conversation
   • When a customer replies to a conversation
   • When a support agent replies to a conversation
   • When a support agent updates conversation's status
