FreeScout integration for Slack allows to receive notifications in Slack when a conversation is created, assigned, updated or replied in FreeScout.
How it works:- Install FreeScout.
- Open "Manage » Settings » Slack" page in your FreeScout and click "Connect" link.
- After being redirected to this page, click "Connect" button below.
- After authenticating and being redirected back to your FreeScout choose Slack channels where notifications from FreeScout will be posted and click "Save".
- Congratulations! Now when some event happens in FreeScout you will receives notification in Slack. Here are events triggering Slack notifications:
- When a new conversation is being created
- When conversation is being assigned to a support agent
- When a support agent adds a note to a conversation
- When a customer replies to a conversation
- When a support agent replies to a conversation
- When a support agent updates conversation's status
